Error FormHandler on CentOS

hi everybody.
I Cant display forms in CentOS, i have installed apache 2.2.8, php 5.3 but not display the forms, however shows php forms.
Install XAMPP for linux and formhandler work, but in my work dont like XAMPP.
i need your help, how configure it for working in CentOS.

now work.... privilegies in everyone folders and ready.
